We pack your items on the same day your order is accepted (unless it's for scheduled delivery) to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep the next morning. Please note that orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 5 PM, while additional orders should be submitted by 10 PM.

You can modify your order (including quantity, remarks, special requests, delivery date and shipping details or canceling items or the entire order) only if your order status is marked as Pending. Once Lim Kian Seng Pte Ltd has accepted your order, please contact our admin via email or phone call to request any changes.

We typically have a scheduled delivery time for each delivery area. If it doesn’t arrive as expected, please reach out to our admin via email or phone call for a more accurate estimated arrival time.

If you’re looking for a product that isn’t in our catalog, please send us the name, photo, and description of the item through the ‘Add Special Request’ option. We’ll reach out to you for more details.

Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM (Mon - Fri); 8AM to 3PM (Sat). Our admin is available to assist via email or phone calls during the operating hours but for phone calls please call before 5 pm. After 5 PM, please contact us via email. For Sunday, please contact us via email. Delivery times may vary.
